There needs to be a better focus on health on my part. When I’m on it, I’m on it. When I’m off it, I’m off it. There is no in between nor is there any moderation. Lately lower back issues have started to reoccur, and I’m working on finding active solutions like yoga to combat it. I really need to focus on my diet, though. That’s the tough part.
I’ve managed to eliminate my soda intake by replacing it with carbonated water. Next focus: sugar in my coffee.
